This linoleum block print of Aunt Icie gives me the feeling of being very closely scrutinized. I have used this block print and her image in other works, too, and will continue to include her in more pieces to come. She is a fearsome lady. The sewn collaged pieces are reminiscent of her quilting endeavors.
